Just Dive In CIC - is a Community Interest Company and a Community Amateur Sports Club.
This means we are a not-for-profit organisation that exists to benefit the community, not private owners or shareholders.
What that means in practice
• We are regulated by the UK CIC Regulator
• Our organisation is asset-locked
• Money cannot be taken as profit
• All Income is reinvested into community programmes
